In-Home Design Meeting
During our in-home meeting and design consultation, our Designer and Project Manager will visit your home to assess the space, discuss your vision and provide expert advice and suggestions for the project. This collaborative session sets the foundation for the entire project.
Drafting and Construction Estimate
The design plan is transformed into detailed blueprints during the drafting and construction estimate phase. At the same time, a construction estimate is prepared for your approval. Nothing moves forward until you are completely satisfied with the plans and costs associated with your project.
The Work
The construction phase brings the project to life as skilled contractors and teams execute the plans to precision. Activities include demolition, structural work, installations, and finishing touches. Our ongoing communication ensures you are informed every step of the way while quality control promises adherence to our high standards.
Final Approval and Sign-off
The Final quality control walkthrough allows the client and the Timber Valley team to inspect the completed work for any outstanding issues. After ensuring your complete satisfaction, the final deposit is made to conclude the project.
